Job summary

Pro-Staffing Locums Limited is seeking two Therapeutic Radiographers to join a radiotherapy department in Frimley. You will deliver precise radiotherapy treatments and support patients throughout their care journey in an on-site, temporary role.

Responsibilities include planning and delivering treatments, performing image-guided checks, and ensuring radiation protection standards are met while supervising students and junior radiographers.

Qualifications

• Experience in radiotherapy delivery and patient care is essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver radiotherapy treatments using linear accelerators and related technology.
• Perform image-guided radiotherapy checks to ensure treatment accuracy.
• Provide information, reassurance and support to patients during treatment.
• Monitor patients for side effects and refer to the wider team where needed.
• Supervise and support students and junior radiographers.
• Follow radiation protection regulations (IR(ME)R) and departmental quality standards.
