Job summary

Compass Community is seeking a Children's Support Worker to join our flexible hours team. The role involves working across our residential homes and specialist schools, building trusting relationships with children and young people, supporting their wellbeing and education, and promoting safeguarding at all times.

Ideal candidates are caring, resilient and enthusiastic, with a willingness to work across DN12, HD8, and HD9 areas.
