• Two years' experience in a residential children's home.
• Relationship-building and direction to young people.
• Must hold Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare; Level 4/5 leadership qualifications preferred.
• A detailed working knowledge of the Quality Standards for Children's Homes.
