Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a residential children’s home within the last 5 years.
• At least 12 months’ supervisory experience in a children’s residential care setting.
• Must be aged 21 or over due to regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support the Registered Manager in the daily running of the children’s home.
• Lead shifts and supervise staff to ensure high standards of care.
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding and Ofsted regulations.
