Specialties:

  • General / Gynae / Urology and a general knowledge of Orthopaedics, ENT, Spinal, Vascular, Breast, Plastics - reconstructive surgery eg. DIEP

Requirements

  • RGN or ODP
  • Recognised post-registration course relevant to Theatres
  • Degree or Diploma in Nursing / Healthcare
  • Teaching and assessing qualification
  • Evidence of CPD
  • A recognised Surgical First Assistant course
  • 25 days holiday per year + bank holidays, increasing to 30 days with service
