Job summary

Circle Health Group in Nottingham is recruiting a Theatre Practitioner to join the Ophthalmic/ENT Scrub team at The Park Hospital. This is a full-time role, 37.5 hours per week, with a flexible shift pattern.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure sterile technique, patient safety and efficient surgical lists, supported by ongoing training and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse or ODP with theatre scrub experience.
• Infection control and patient safety knowledge.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced theatre environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare instruments and maintain sterility for theatre procedures.
• Support anaesthetist with equipment prep and patient monitoring.
• Provide post-operative care and discharge readiness.
• Set up theatres per surgery type and patient needs.
• Adhere to infection control policies and report faults.
