Jarrodean is seeking motivated Operating Theatre Scrub Practitioners to join the theatre team at our client’s Acute Hospital in Bath, Somerset. The role is full‑time, substantively employed, and we welcome applications for part‑time opportunities.

Applicants should be an RGN or ODP with NMC/HCPC registration and have at least six months scrub experience; graduates in the ODP pathway are welcome to apply and develop into the Scrub Practitioner role in a multi‑specialty setting.

Role Overview

We’re looking for motivated Operating Theatre Scrub Practitioners to join the theatre team at our client’s Acute Hospital in Bath, Somerset. The position is full‑time, substantively employed, and we welcome applications for part‑time opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high‑quality patient‑focused care as part of the theatre scrub team.

Person Requirements

• RGN or ODP with appropriate NMC/HCPC registration.
• At least six months scrub experience.
• Articulate and motivated graduate ODPs with a proven desire to develop into the Scrub Practitioner role in a multi‑specialty setting are also welcome to apply.

Hospital Overview

Our client is an award‑winning hospital rated “outstanding” for caring. The facility includes 28 en‑suite single inpatient beds, 22 day‑case beds, 5 ambulatory care beds, 9 consulting rooms, four state‑of‑the‑art operating theatres (two with laminar flow), a JAG accredited endoscopy suite, a dedicated cardiology suite and intervention treatment room, a dedicated physiotherapy department with a gym and four treatment rooms, and a digital diagnostic unit that includes CT, MRI, general X‑ray and ultrasound.
