Job summary

Fortius Clinic in London is expanding its Theatre scrub nursing team. This full-time, permanent role offers 37.5 hours per week across our Marylebone surgical centre, with flexible shifts from 07:00 to 22:00, Monday to Sunday.

You will provide high-quality perioperative care focusing on orthopaedic and spinal procedures within a private setting, support the entire theatre pathway, and work with world-leading experts. A sign-on bonus of up to £4,000 is available for eligible referrals.

Theatre Scrub Nurse

Fortius Clinic are expanding their Scrub team!

We are currently hiring a new Scrub Nurses to join us on a full-time permanent basis in London.

This is to work on average 37.5 hours per week (162.5 hours per month).

Surgical Centre based in Marylebone, London.

Work flexibly Monday - Sunday across our theatre sites.

Start as early as 07:00 or finish as late at 22:00.

Purpose of Job

The purpose of the Scrub Nurse role is to provide high-quality, safe, and compassionate perioperative care, with a focus on orthopaedic and spinal procedures within a private surgical setting.

The post-holder supports the entire surgical pathway while maintaining clinical excellence, adhering to regulatory and professional standards, and contributing to the smooth running of the operating theatre through collaboration, leadership, and ongoing professional development.
