Are you ready to advance your nursing career? Southfields Veterinary Specialists seeks a passionate Senior Theatre Nurse to join our dynamic team.
Since relocating to our state-of-the-art 40,000 sq. ft hospital in 2022, we continue to grow. We invite an exceptional individual to help shape our theatre nursing department.
As a Senior Nurse, you'll lead, support, and energize a team of Veterinary Nurses and Patient Care Assistants, fostering a collaborative environment. You'll be a hands-on leader with a calm, confident presence and a genuine passion for patient care.
Your day-to-day will involve managing a busy surgical caseload, working alongside top UK specialists, and impacting patient lives positively. Bring your clinical expertise, communication skills, and organizational talent to a rewarding yet challenging department.
You will participate in a shared rota covering mornings, evenings, and weekends, supporting our round-the-clock care model. Weekend shifts involve being onsite as the senior nurse, coordinating team efforts, ensuring inpatient care, and managing emergencies. Your leadership and composure will be vital during these times.
