Job summary

Nuffield Health Edinburgh Hospital is seeking a Theatre Practitioner (Scrub) to join our theatres team on a temporary, bank/casual basis. The ideal candidate will be scrub-certified and registered with the relevant governing body, with post-registration scrubbing experience across varied cases, preferably ophthalmology and orthopaedics.

You will join a close-knit multidisciplinary team, working alongside leading consultants and skilled professionals.

• Registered with the appropriate governing body (NMC/HCPC).
• Post-registration scrubbing experience for various cases including ophthalmology and orthopaedics.

As a Theatre Practitioner (Scrub) at Nuffield Health Edinburgh Hospital, you’ll be registered with the appropriate governing body. You have the qualifications and experience that are relevant to your registration, including NMC or HCPC. You will have post-registration experience scrubbing for various cases, ideally with experience in ophthalmology and orthopaedics. You will be flexible, have excellent communication skills and be a great team worker.
