Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Theatre Scrub Nurse/ Scrub ODP (NHS AfC: Band 5) for General Theatres at Torquay. The role is full-time (37.5 hours weekly) with weekend, late, night, and on-call commitments across multiple theatres.

You will collaborate with anaesthetists, surgical consultants, and theatre teams to ensure safe, high-quality care through the patient’s surgical journey. This is a permanent NHS post supporting a busy general theatres service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care throughout the surgical journey.
• Work with anaesthetists, surgeons, and theatre staff to support procedures.
• Participate in a wide range of theatre specialties.
