Practice Plus Group is seeking a Theatre Practitioner for its hospital in Emersons Green, Bristol. You will be part of a friendly multidisciplinary Theatre Team, delivering high-quality preoperative, perioperative and postoperative care.

The role offers a 4-day per week schedule (07:00-17:00, Mon-Sat) with an hourly rate of £29.12 and flexible working options. Applicants must have RN Level 1/RODP and at least 2 years in an acute setting, and must have the right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• RN Level 1/RODP or equivalent nursing registration.
• Minimum 2 years experience in an acute environment.
• Evidence of ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Desire for self development and willingness to learn new skills under supervision.
• Ability to plan and prioritise workload under pressure.
• Ability to work flexibly within a changing environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and effective clinical care across preoperative, peri-operative and postoperative pathways.
• Carry out care with supervision and supervise unqualified staff.
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary theatre team to ensure patient safety and experience.
