Qualifications

• Registered Nurse/Operating Department Practitioner with current NMC or HCPC registration.
• NHS theatre environment experience preferred.
• Full UK working rights.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of clinical teams by creating a learning environment in which performance is reviewed.
• Support the delegation of work within the team and review performance.
• Work with and on behalf of the Theatre Team Leader managing key operational aspects of theatres and providing support and advice.
• Establish excellent working relationships with all service users and promote joint working for continuous service improvement.
