We are looking for multi skilled practitioners with post qualification experience to join our bank team at a Good rated, modern, purpose built Hospital. As part of our professional, friendly and compassionate team you will do everything you can to ensure the patients treatment is of the highest standard. This vacancy is offering a bank/flexi contract, offering shifts to cover annual leave, sickness or increase in workload.
Working as part of a friendly, welcoming and expert multidisciplinary Theatre Team supported by our Theatre Manager. There is no night working, no Sundays, no bank holidays and there is no on-call! You can have more time to do the things you love doing. You will be responsible for ensuring the continual cleanliness of the theatre and equipment. This role will enable you to develop and execute the correct procedures for ordering, receiving and transfer of blood and blood products as well as blood conservation. It goes without saying privacy and confidentiality are key throughout the team and you will act as an advocate for the patient in the intra-operative phase and be responsible for total patient care in the perioperative phase.
