Job summary

The Princess Grace Hospital, part of HCA UK, is seeking an Operating Theatre Manager to lead the theatre department and its robotics-led programme in London. You will drive day-to-day operations, oversee theatre utilisation, budgets and governance, and partner with Consultants and senior clinicians to shape perioperative care in a high‑performance environment.

Qualifications

• Senior theatre leadership experience in operating theatres or perioperative settings.
• Strong knowledge of patient safety, clinical governance and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide confident clinical and operational leadership across operating theatres.
• Lead multidisciplinary theatre teams across scrub, anaesthetics and recovery.
• Oversee theatre utilisation, list management and workforce planning.
• Hold responsibility for budgets, governance, risk management and CQC compliance.
• Collaborate with Consultants and senior stakeholders to support service development.
