Job summary

The Theatre Coordinator - Perioperative Care at Princess of Wales Hospital Theatres is a senior operational and clinical leadership post within CTM UHB. You will lead theatre capacity, rostering and patient flow to support timely access to surgery and high-quality care.

Applicants should be a Registered Nurse or Operating Department Practitioner with proven leadership, communication and organisational skills, committed to safety, governance and staff wellbeing within NHS Wales.

Qualifications

• Experience leading perioperative teams and multi-disciplinary stakeholders.
• Strong governance, safety culture and incident investigation experience.
