Job summary

Ramsay Health Care UK is seeking a Theatre Manager for Euxton Hall Hospital. You will provide clear clinical and operational leadership to a multi-disciplinary theatre team, ensuring high-quality perioperative care across three theatres.

In this collaborative role, you will build strong relationships with consultants, senior teams and care professionals, drive performance, and support new hospital initiatives through the Ramsay Academy. Excellent people management is essential.

Qualifications

• Registered clinical practitioner with the relevant governing body (NMC/HCPC).
• Experience in managing a busy theatre environment.
• Desirable teaching and assessment skills, plus ILS/ALS.
• Professional management qualification would be advantageous.

Euxton Hall hospital have three theatres, two have laminar airflow systems, the third is used for minor procedures, but all have state of the art integrated theatre technology.

This is a collaborative role, where you'll build strong relationships with consultants, senior teams and a wide range of healthcare professionals and patients.

As an inspiring leader, you'll develop and motivate your team, driving their performance, whilst supporting all the new initiatives of your hospital. With us, not only will you be valued for your skills and expertise, but you'll also have time to build on them too, through our Ramsay Academy.

What you'll bring with you

• Experienced as a registered clinical practitioner with the appropriate governing body (NMC/HCPC)
• Experience in managing a busy theatre environment
• Ideally, your wide-ranging skills will include teaching and assessment, as well as ILS/ALS
• A professional management qualification would be an advantage
