Job summary

Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a part-time Theatre Stores assistant to manage stock across City and QMC theatres. You will scan consumables, receive deliveries, and replenish stock using Ingenica and Procure systems, with flexibility to cover across stores on both campuses.

Qualifications

• Educated to GCSE level in English and Maths or demonstrate equivalent ability.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
• Experience in stock control, picking stock orders, and stock management systems.

Responsibilities

• Scan consumables for issues and receipts daily.
• Receive deliveries, check deliveries and replenish stock in stores.
• Assist with stock counts and audits; support cross-cover with other stores teams.
