Circle Health Group in Darlington is seeking a Clinical Services Manager for the Theatre to lead the perioperative team and drive high standards of patient care across anaesthetics, surgery and recovery. The role requires strong leadership, governance compliance and a focus on safety.

Qualifications

• NMC or HCPC registered with perioperative leadership experience.
• Background in anaesthetics, scrub, or recovery within theatre settings.
• Proven leadership and coaching ability to develop others.
• Strong organisational and workforce planning skills.
• Excellent communication and clinical decision-making abilities.
