We're on the hunt for Theatre booking administrators to join our list across Kent, working alongside top-notch professionals and under the guidance of our fantastic 18 Week Clinical.

We are passionate about providing the best service whilst working together as part of a close-knit team to tackle the NHS’s waiting lists. This is an exciting opportunity for a Theatre booking administrator/coordinator looking to develop their expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Confident and creative scheduling of theatre slots – liaising with Surgeons and practices to administer theatre bookings. Taking ownership and directing the bookings, moving slots around if you can make efficiencies or to fit another booking in.

• Supporting with additional administrator needs
