Job Description

We are seeking individuals to join our kitchen team to maintain cleanliness and support chefs in creating a safe working environment. Responsibilities include:

  1. Dishwashing: Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment by hand or using industrial dishwashers.
  2. Kitchen Cleanliness: Sanitize kitchen surfaces, countertops, and food prep areas; empty rubbish bins and dispose of waste properly.
  3. Food Preparation: Assist with basic food prep tasks such as peeling, chopping, and slicing ingredients.
  4. Inventory Management: Help receive, store, and organize kitchen supplies and ingredients.
  5. Health & Safety Compliance: Maintain cleanliness and organization, ensure equipment is in good working order.
  6. Goods In and Out: Manage incoming and outgoing supplies.
Qualifications
  • No formal education required; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and sanitation is a plus.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proactive and hands-on approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
