Tape is a London based, beauty, wellness and lifestyle PR agency currently looking to recruit either an Account Executive/Senior Account Executive or Junior Account Manager across leading Beauty & Health clients. You will be joining a punchy, female founded agency and a team who have worked across world renowned brands. We want to work with our brands to 'stick' in people's minds and change minds with a blend of relevant people, powerful partnerships and innovative ideas, not just tick the product placement box. No matter what, you will be involved with everything from creativity and strategy to experiential events and all things social media, ensuring we equip you every step of the way in your PR career.

Responsibilities and opportunities include:

MEDIA OUTREACH: Building and developing press and influencer contacts and your pitching experience with proactive outreach to drive results for clients across the board. Responding to incoming media requests and collating necessary content.

CREATIVE DEVELOPMENT: Getting involved in creative brainstorms, campaign ideation, creative mailer and events as well as supporting on proposals, press release writing and eblast creation.

PRESS OFFICE RUNNING: Managing all client assets including media lists, calendars, brand and spokespeople quote banks, award entries and sample management as well as supporting the Senior Account Manager with client management. Managing all send outs and mailers and supporting the wider and running of the press office.

PRESS RELEASES – Drafting press releases for brand launches, new product development, key hooks etc.

RELATIONS – To regularly attend press and influencer meets and continue building your black book of contacts.

• Good organisational skills
• Willing to get stuck into any activity in a fast-paced environment and do what it takes to get the job done
• Ability to multitask and work across different clients and projects at once
• Creative and quick thinking, with an excellent attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Shows strong initiative and communicates efficiently with the senior team

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• At least 1-3 years experience in the communications industry
• Highly organised and self-motivated
• Strong communications skills, written and verbally
• Creative and proactive
• Good working knowledge and interest in social media and influencers
• Experience in the beauty, wellness & lifestyle landscape
• Exceptional knowledge of the ever-changing media landscape
• The ability to work to and set clear KPIs
• Experience in event production
• Strong press contacts required if applying for the Senior Account Executive / Junior Account Manager position
• Thrives off a fast-paced environment
• Client counsel and client call experience required for the Junior Account Manager position

Technical know-how and qualifications:

• Good knowledge of Word, Excel, CANVA, PowerPoint, MMI /Traakr / Cision, Adobe Acrobat Pro and Teams/Zoom/Google Meets

• Office based with occasional working from home
• Salary dependent upon experience
