An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Specialist Pharmacist in Haematology/Oncology - Cancer Services to join our Pharmacy Team in rotation between The London Clinic and Barts Health NHS Trust. This rotational post offers high-level experience across a broad range of Cancer activities in both NHS and Private sectors. The role involves supporting Service Lead Pharmacists at each site in delivering and developing a high-quality, clinical pharmacy service to Cancer patients. We offer a competitive Band 8a salary for this position.
The Pharmacy Department at The London Clinic comprises around 45 staff and includes 9 core services: On Call, Dispensary Services, Distribution and Top Up Service, Procurement, Clinical Ward Pharmacy Services, TPN Provision, Aseptic/Technical Services, Clinical Governance, and Education & Training. The department features extensive oncology services, including a dedicated chemotherapy aseptic compounding suite and an automated medication dispensing system supporting decentralized medicine management across wards.
