Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join our vibrant new establishment. The role involves:

  • Food preparation, stock rotation, and food labelling
  • General cleaning duties
  • Maintaining high standards of Food and Health & Safety
  • Contributing to the development and planning of new products, menus, and promotions to enhance customer experience
  • Ensuring the smooth and efficient running of your section

The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Chef de Partie in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a CDP
  • Proficiency in diverse cooking techniques and cuisines
  • Leaving Cert level education or above
  • NVQ qualification or equivalent
  • A passion for food and customer service
  • Creativity and innovation in menus and food presentation
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
