Elis is an international leader in textile, hygiene and facility services, helping businesses to operate safely, sustainably and efficiently. You will lead and embed a strong “textile culture” at the site, manage textile purchasing, monitor demand, and collaborate with service teams to uphold standards.

The role focuses on data-driven decisions, waste reduction, and training internal teams on textile handling, with opportunities across operations.

Formación

• Degree or equivalent in operations or service-led role.
• Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in laundry/textile services or customer-focused environments is a plus.
• IT literate, organised, and proactive.

• Collaborate with Customer Services and Account Management to uphold service standards.

The Opportunity

Lead and embed a strong “textile culture” at the site.

Manage site-level textile purchasing and ensure spend aligns with budget targets.

Monitor customer demand, adjust stock levels seasonally, and optimise textile availability.

Collaborate with Customer Services and Account Management to uphold service standards.

Analyse customer behaviour, identify overconsumption, and advise on best practices.

Oversee storeroom management, textile flow, and the ragged-out/rewash process.

Drive textile reuse and reintegration to maximise garment life and reduce waste.

Train internal teams and support customers on textile handling and care.

Use data tools and reporting to influence business decisions.

What We're Looking For

Degree or equivalent professional experience in an operations or service-led role.

Strong attention to detail with data analysis and reporting capabilities.

Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Experience in laundry/textile services or customer-focused environments is a plus.

IT literate, organised, and proactive.
