Job summary

You will lead and embed a strong “textile culture” at the site, manage textile purchasing, monitor demand, and collaborate with service teams to uphold standards.

The role focuses on data-driven decisions, waste reduction, and training internal teams on textile handling, with opportunities across operations.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in operations or service-led role.
• Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in laundry/textile services or customer-focused environments is a plus.
• IT literate, organised, and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Lead site textile culture and purchasing aligned to budget.
• Monitor demand, adjust stock seasonally, optimise availability.
• Collaborate with Customer Services and Account Management to uphold service standards.
• Analyse customer behaviour and advise on best practices.
• Oversee storeroom management and textile flow.
• Drive textile reuse and reintegration to extend garment life.
