BMR Solutions is advertising a Test Engineer (Electromechanical) position based in Clevedon on a long-term PAYE contract. The role focuses on electrical and mechanical testing of sub-assemblies and final builds, PAT testing, leak/decay testing on gas/fuel/liquid systems, and fault finding using schematics.

The package includes fixed shifts, overtime, and site amenities. The position requires proven electromechanical testing experience, live test rigs, and knowledge of 18th Edition Wiring

Qualifications

• Proven experience in electromechanical testing.
• Experience working on live test rigs is essential.
• Hold 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Background in manufacturing, production or engineering environments.

Responsibilities

• Electrical and mechanical testing of sub-assemblies and final builds.

Salary & Shifts (PAYE)

• Early Shift:
  £21.98 - £25.01 per hour
  Monday to Thursday 06:00 - 14:15
  Friday 06:00 - 11:30
• Late Shift:
  £23.89 - £25.17 per hour
  Monday to Wednesday 14:30 - 00:30
  Thursday 14:30 - 00:00
  No Fridays

Additional Options:

• Fixed early, late or day shifts available

Overtime:

• 1.75x weekday overtime
• 2.0x weekend overtime
