Qualifications

• Associate's degree in electronics required; one year+ work experience preferred.
• Hands-on debugging and tuning of test programs, with strong technical communication.
• Experience developing and sustaining test programs for AOI/AXI/Flying Probe or ICT fixtures.

Responsibilities

• Review process indicators to improve program capability while preserving low false calls.
• Provide technical leadership and support to internal customers and sector teams.
• Lead calibration and preventative maintenance of test equipment and related software.
• Develop and validate test programs, and implement engineering changes on test platforms.
• Create and deliver training materials for operators and technicians on equipment use.
