Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals Limited is seeking a test and monitoring technician to ensure our equipment is maintained to the highest standards and consistently meets customer expectations.

You will calibrate test equipment, inspect and service gear, certify and label equipment, update reporting software and attend customer sites, while maintaining cleanliness, functionality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with instrumentation.
• Team player, supporting colleagues.
• Experience of pressure testing air and water flow is desirable.
• Knowledge of portable electrical test equipment is desirable.
• Experience in an electrical or mechanical environment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Calibrating test equipment to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Inspecting, repairing, servicing and maintaining equipment, including removal of obsolete labels and decals.
• Certifying and labeling test equipment in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Updating reporting software and generating certification reports.
• Attending customer sites.
• Ensuring all equipment is maintained to high standards of cleanliness, functionality and compliance.

Are you ready to be a part of our rapidly developing test & monitoring division? We are looking for a talented test and monitoring technician to join our team to ensure our equipment is maintained to the highest standard whilst consistently meeting or exceeding customer expectations.

What will you be doing?

• Calibrating test equipment to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Performing inspection, repair, servicing and maintenance of equipment, including the removal of obsolete labels and decals
• Certifying and labelling test equipment in accordance with regulatory standards
• Updating reporting software and generating certification reports
• Attending customer sites
• Ensuring all equipment is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness functionality and compliance
