Job summary

Infytera Solutions Limited is seeking an experienced Test Manager to join our project team and client delivery for an Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system. The role is hybrid in the UK with a 12-month fixed-term contract and potential extension, working closely with clinicians and stakeholders.

You will lead test planning, strategy, schedules, metrics and reporting, manage defects and risks, and drive test activities across web apps, databases, APIs and third-party integrations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on testing experience delivering an EPR system.
• Experience in test planning, scheduling, metrics, stakeholder management, test & defect management, risk and issue management, and reporting.
• Extensive experience with test management tools like Jira and performing functional and non-functional testing and test automation.
• Experience in defining test strategy, test plan and approach, test entry/exit reports, Exec reports.
• Experience with EPR systems and communication with Clinicians.
• 8+ years of testing across complex integrations (Web apps, DBs, Internal and External APIs, third-party systems).
• ISEB Foundation/Intermediate in Software Testing.

Responsibilities

• Perform Functional, Integration, UAT and Regression testing activities throughout various phases of testing.
• Test progress reporting to Senior Management.
• Work with different stakeholders in creating test function i.e. test tooling, test environments, test resources etc.
• Strong communicator with the ability to engage and manage stakeholders from a variety of backgrounds and disciplines.

Experience andSkillsrequired:

• Experience inHealthcare domain especially in Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system.
• Wide experienceintest planning, schedule, metrics, stakeholder management, test & defect management, risk and issue management, and reporting.
• Extensive experience inusing and promotingtestmanagementtools0e.g. Jira, functional and non-functionaltestingand test automation tooling.
• Experience indefining test strategy, test plan and approach, test entry/exit reports, Exec reports.
