Job summary

PROJECT PEOPLE is recruiting a Lead Test Manager to own QA across multiple change programmes from Theale/Home. You will embed quality from the outset and drive robust testing practices through the lifecycle.

You will lead across workstreams, develop test strategies and coordinate defects, UAT, and risk mitigation while partnering with suppliers and senior stakeholders to ensure delivery of high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in QA and Test Management within software implementation projects.
• Experience delivering testing within both Agile and Waterfall environments.
• Solid understanding of test planning, execution, defect management and quality assurance.
• Experience managing suppliers and third-party delivery partners.
• Strong knowledge of risk, issue and dependency management.
• Understanding of DevOps methodologies and modern testing practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to influence teams and drive quality within a matrix organisation.
• Hands-on experience with testing and quality management tools.
• Project or Programme Management experience.
• Experience working within large-scale business transformation programmes.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.

Responsibilities
