Scott Logic is seeking a Senior Test Engineer to join our client-facing team. This hands-on role covers the full development lifecycle, delivering mission-critical projects for high-profile global organisations. You’ll typically work in small, tightly knitted teams that value collaboration and pragmatism.

Based in our city centre office with occasional travel, we offer hybrid working and a strong learning budget including time for self‑improvement and other benefits.

Senior Test Engineer

This is a hands‑on, client‑facing role, offering the opportunity to be involved in the full development lifecycle, delivering mission‑critical projects for high‑profile global organisations. You’ll typically work in small, tight‑knitted multidisciplinary teams, decoding tough software problems. We like our teams to have high levels of freedom and value collaboration and pragmatism.

Technologies and experience we value include:

• A deep love for the craft of Testing
• Experience on large scale or complex Web Application and or API Testing
• Experience in Automation testing with technologies such as; Selenium, Cucumber, SoapUI
• Strong collaboration and communication techniques.
• Experience in an Agile environment
• Comprehensive knowledge of the fundamentals of testing in a context‑driven way.
• A desire to learn new technologies and approaches.

This role is based in our city centre office and is likely to involve occasional travel (infrequent day trips or a few days at a time) to visit our clients across the UK. If you are interested in more travel, then opportunities are available, we are open to conversation on this.
