Job summary

Expleo Group is seeking an experienced Test Lead to drive quality engineering excellence across a Dynamics 365 CRM product landscape. You will translate QE strategy into testing governance, automation, release assurance and quality delivery practices, collaborating with Product Managers, Architects and Suppliers.

You will lead testing across MS Dynamics 365 CRM capabilities, including Customer Service, Dataverse, marketing journeys, and integrations with Azure API Management.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Test Lead to drive quality engineering excellence across a Dynamics 365 CRM product landscape. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for translating enterprise Quality Engineering (QE) strategy into effective testing governance, automation, release assurance, and quality delivery practices.

As the quality champion for D365 CRM products, you will provide end-to-end testing leadership, ensuring solutions are delivered to the highest standards of quality, reliability, and business value. Working closely with Product Managers, Architects, Engineering Teams, Business Stakeholders, and Suppliers, you will define and govern quality engineering activities from requirements assessment through to release assurance.

Leveraging deep expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM, Azure API integrations, customer journey testing, and AI-enabled solutions, you will act as the subject matter expert for product quality, driving an automation-first approach while ensuring robust risk management, compliance with quality standards, and seamless delivery of scalable, customer-centric solutions.

Responsibilities

• Implement enterprise QE strategy, standards, frameworks and governance across the product domain.
• Develop and maintain product-level test strategies and release test plans aligned to portfolio standards.
• Lead test scope definition, effort estimation, resource planning and test approach determination.
• Define risk-based testing approaches across functional, integration, end-to-end, data migration and non-functional testing.
• Establish testing entry, exit and quality gate criteria for each release.
• Provide deep quality engineering expertise across Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM capabilities including:

• Govern service virtualisation and test data requirements where required.

• Support CI/CD pipeline integration and automated quality gates.
• Work closely with QE Architects and SDETs to improve delivery efficiency and release confidence.
• Contribute to reusable automation frameworks and testing assets.
• Track and report quality KPIs, defect trends and testing progress.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise testing standards, controls and audit requirements.
• Support governance reviews, quality health checks and assurance activities.
• Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement across releases.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering Leads, Architects and Business SMEs.
• Manage supplier testing teams and ensure delivery against agreed outcomes.
• Influence quality decisions across business and technology stakeholders.
• Communicate quality risks, assumptions and dependencies effectively.

• Proven experience assessing requirements and solution designs for quality and testability.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM products and implementations.
• Strong experience testing Azure API and integration solutions.
• Experience leading functional, integration, E2E, UAT and regression testing activities.
• Experience operating within Agile, Product and DevOps delivery models.
• Exposure to AI-enabled or Agentic AI testing approaches.
• Experience with automation frameworks and CI/CD quality engineering practices.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working within regulated or insurance environments.
• Experience testing GCP Data Products, analytics and data pipelines.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
• Experience testing OutSystems Digital Portals.
