Job Description
JOB TITLE: Test, Experiment & Learn Senior Manager (Marketing)
SALARY: £83,400pa to £123,000pa (dependent on location and experience) plus an extensive benefits package.
LOCATION: London, Bristol, Edinburgh, Leeds, Halifax, or Chester.
HOURS: 35 hours, full time.
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, involving at least two days per week, or 40% of your time, at one of the listed hubs.

We’re seeking a data-savvy, insight-driven Senior Manager – Test, Experiment, and Learn to join our Marketing team. About the Role
You will lead our marketing experimentation agenda—fostering a culture of continuous learning and evidence-based decision-making. You’ll work across digital, CRM, and ATL channels to design tests, analyze results, and generate insights to improve campaigns and customer outcomes.
You’ll collaborate with media and creative agencies, as well as marketing and channel leads, to ensure our marketing activities are measurable, optimized, and impactful.
