Job summary

Leidos UK & EUROPE is expanding its UK programme testing workforce. We are seeking Test Engineers to contribute to verification and acceptance across multiple platforms, with a strong emphasis on end-to-end testing and automation.

Ideal candidates will have a systems integration background, be self-motivated and capable of delivering results on complex project objectives while working autonomously within agile/waterfall/hybrid delivery cycles. Clearance to start SC or DV is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate with degree in a relevant subject (e.g. Systems Engineering, Electronics).
• Significant experience in end-to-end testing, ideally from a systems integration background.
• Understanding of agile, waterfall and hybrid delivery cycles; strong testing methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Contributing to the Test Strategy & planning within the company and its partners.
• Providing test support to development teams.
• Producing Test Scripts and User Scenarios.
• Designing and implementing modern, scalable test plans using automation and new technologies.
• Preparing test specifications (manual and automated) and conducting test execution.
• Executing integration and system tests for all phases & regression.
• Designing and establishing test tools, test systems and test data sets.
