Job description

Job Title: Test Engineer

Salary: Up to £40,000 depending on skills and experience

What you’ll be doing:

1. Test a wide range of medium complexity manufactured products
2. Diagnose a wide range of medium complexity manufactured products with limited technical support
3. Test products in accordance with defined Test Schedule/Instructions
4. Use a wide range of complex test equipment
5. Record product history/compliance using business systems
6. Work with minimal supervision

Your skills and experiences:

1. Understanding of technical disciplines such as analogue, digital, radio frequency, and micro-processing
2. Ability to make judgments based on knowledge and experience
3. Use technical knowledge to undertake complex fault investigations
4. Hold a technical qualification at HNC level or equivalent experience
