Job summary

Version 1 is seeking a Test Analyst to join our QA team in the UK. You will analyse requirements, define and execute comprehensive test strategies, and ensure traceability across development sacks.

You will collaborate with scrum teams to automate tests, review environments, and drive quality improvements while maintaining pace in a fast-moving environment. The role requires 2–3 years of testing experience, strong communication, and a solid background in software integration and automated

Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ experience as a Test Analyst
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong experience of iterative / incremental software delivery
• Experience of working in fast paced environments to strict deadlines
• Strong background in software integration and system testing
• Experience of automated testing
• Experience using HP QC
• Experience of defining test strategy / test approach
• Must be flexible, independent and self-motivated
• Experience in supporting team success and motivating others to keep morale and performance high
• Bachelor’s Degree or HNC in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience
• ISTQB Foundation Certification

Job Description
