Job summary

Version 1 in London is seeking a Test Analyst to join our delivery teams. You will perform requirements analysis, define and execute test strategies, ensure traceability and support automation to guide development.

Candidates should have 2–3 years’ experience, stakeholder management skills, and ISTQB cert. SC Clearance is required. We offer flexible/remote working, strong career progression, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Job Description

• Requirements analysis and validation

Qualifications

• Have minimum 2-3 years’ experience as a Test Analyst
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong experience of iterative / incremental software delivery
• Experience of working in fast paced environments to strict deadlines
• Strong background in software integration and system testing
• Experience of automated testing
• Experience using HP QC
• Experience of defining test strategy / test approach
• Must be flexible, independent and self-motivated
• Experience in supporting team success and motivating others to keep morale and performance high
• Bachelor’s Degree or HNC in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience
• ISTQB Foundation Certification

Candidates must have active SC Clearance

Desirable Requirements/Skills

• Experience of testing ERP software, particularly, Oracle E-Business Suite.
