We are looking for a Test Engineer to join some of the industry’s brightest minds dedicated to developing hardware and software authentication and encryption solutions. You will work within our growing Engineering Team who are responsible for developing, implementing, and testing unique cryptographic protocols and technologies. As we are continuously pushing the boundaries in our field of expertise, you will have the chance to experience and introduce new technologies, drive our solutions in new directions and push yourself to reach your own career goals with our support.

You will also have the rare opportunity in NI to work on projects with cryptography, quantum computing and a vast range of technology, from autonomous vehicles to drones. With the help and support of our software and firmware teams, the opportunities for you are endless!

What you will do:

  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of test plans, test cases and test scripts
  • Develop and execute automated and manual tests
  • white-box and black-box testing of the ANGOKA solution.
  • Ensure test coverage for functional and non-functional requirements
  • Identify, document and track defects
  • Create and maintain test environments
  • Contribute to the various stages in the accreditation of ANGOKA’s security solutions
  • Work closely with the software, security and product teams to provide
    Innovative testing solutions that enable teams to achieve the goals of continuous delivery.
  • Provide objective feedback to the software, firmware and hardware development teams

What we are looking for:

  • Hands-on experience in testing and software quality assurance, with a focus on Agile methodologies.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good analytical skills
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic team player
  • Problem solver who is happy to take responsibility
  • Proven ability to work to tight deadlines and effective prioritisation of workload
  • Good verbal and written technical English communication skills
  • An interest in cybersecurity
  • Python experience

It would be great if you had any of the following, but not essential:

  • C/C++ experience
  • Experience with hardware-in-the-loop testing
  • Comfortable with embedded devices
