The Role:

As a Test Engineer, you'll play a vital role in validating complex systems and software for defence applications. You will design and execute test plans, support verification and validation activities, and ensure all deliverables meet exacting standards and security requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies for defence systems
• Conduct functional, integration, and system-level testing
• Create and maintain detailed test documentation and reports
• Collaborate closely with design, development, and systems engineering teams
• Support test automation and continuous integration initiatives
• Ensure compliance with defence industry standards and best practices

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience in a test engineering role (hardware, software, or systems)
• Familiarity with defence or safety-critical environments is highly desirable
• Understanding of test tools, scripting (e.g. Python, Bash), and frameworks

Offer:

• Up to £48k base salary
