Job description

We’ve already assembled some of the world’s top engineers & scientists and due to the success and growth of our product development activities, Envisics is now looking to invest in the talent of a Test Engineer to support the testing and verification of AR-HUD products and associated sub-components. The candidate will join an already established Test and Validation Team.

Duties and responsibilities

• Perform validation and reliability tests for automotive opto-electronic components and prepare test reports (in-house)
• Coordinate and support testing at external test houses
• Create test plans and procedure manuals
• Data analysis and reporting
• Design and build of test environments for in-house sample testing
• Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Troubleshooting of Issues
• In-house test facilities and equipment management

Requirements:

• Degree / Equivalent (Engineering, Science)
• 2-3+ years’ experience of automotive or similar product and / or component validation testing
• Familiarity of working with HW / SW, PC based and stand-alone instruments
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to learn fast and think out of the box
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Can work independently or part of a team
