Job summary

System Canada Technologies is seeking an experienced QA/Testing professional in London to lead testing across multiple domains. The role focuses on SDLC coverage, test methodologies, defect lifecycle, and mentoring teammates while collaborating on large scale projects across industries.

Required are strong analytical skills, experience with SAP, web services, XML, mobile apps, and cloud testing, plus familiarity with Agile processes. This is a full-time, on-site position in the UK market.

Responsibilities

• Review requirements for testability.

• Create comprehensive test cases relevant to test conditions.
• Execute test cases and report results.
• Raise and close defects when necessary.
• Report results periodically to managers across the business.
• Work within a team responsible for analysis and planning of large scale projects.
• Provide estimates for test resources, including time, people, and environments.

Salary: £47,000 - 87,000 per year

Requirements:

• Possess a minimum of 3 years experience in all areas of the SDLC
• Have a full understanding of test methodologies and processes
• Produce high quality test material from a variety of mediums
• Possess a minimum of 5 years experience in all areas of the SDLC
• Manage the defect process when required
• Skills across numerous test levels, including System, SIT or UAT
• Mentor fellow team members in areas of project expertise
• Experience in SAP, web services, XML, mobile apps, cloud testing or Agile methods
• Experience across the Financial Services, Health, Utilities or Telecommunications industries
