Babcock is seeking a skilled Test Analyst for hybrid roles across Plymouth, Bristol or Leicester. You will drive data‑driven testing across critical defence programmes, combining manual and automated approaches to ensure high-quality, reliable digital solutions supporting submarine operations.

Responsibilities include test planning, scripting, defect management and reporting, with exposure to Playwright, Selenium, SQL and Azure DevOps within an agile delivery environment.

Qualifikationen

• Must have ISTQB Foundation Certificate.
• Desirable: additional testing, automation or software quality qualifications.
• Security Clearance: sole UK National able to achieve and maintain SC clearance.

Aufgaben

• Analyze requirements and design docs to produce test estimates, plans, cases and scripts.
• Design and execute functional and non-functional testing to ensure quality and performance.
• Identify, record and manage defects with developers and stakeholders through resolution.
• Produce and communicate test progress, quality metrics and outcomes to project stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement using tools such as Azure DevOps, Playwright and Selenium.
