Job summary

Tesco is seeking a Shift Lead to drive in-store excellence and customer service. You will lead the team across store areas, ensuring smooth daily operations and a positive, inclusive work environment. The role offers flexibility, growth potential, and opportunities to contribute to store success.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we're looking for, we still encourage you to apply.

You will need

• To be over 18 for this role.

• A clear communicator, using a variety of methods to keep the team well informed.
