Job summary

Tesco PLC is seeking an experienced Shift Lead to supervise in-store teams in a fast-paced retail environment. You will lead by example, deliver great service, and ensure customer needs are met while building an inclusive, supportive team culture.

You’ll be the go-to person for day-to-day operations, across all store areas, coaching colleagues, and stepping in during the Manager’s absence. This role offers flexible hours and the chance to grow with Tesco.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available. Tesco's vision is to be every customer's favourite way to shop.
