Tesco is seeking a Night Shift Lead to supervise store teams and maintain high standards of customer service during night hours. The role involves coordinating staff across departments, handling operational queries, and ensuring smooth night-time store operations.

Tesco Shift Lead Night pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. For all hours worked between midnight and 6am you will receive an additional night premium of £2.35 per hour worked. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we’re looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
