Tesco in Dorchester is seeking a Night Shift Lead to oversee in-store operations during late hours. You’ll manage a team, ensure great service, and respond to daily challenges while maintaining safety and standards.

The role involves coordinating across departments, guiding colleagues in the Manager's absence, and delivering a welcoming, efficient shopping experience. Night shifts require flexibility and a customer‑focused mindset.

Tesco Shift Lead Night pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. For all hours worked between midnight and 6am you will receive an additional night premium of £2.35 per hour worked. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we're looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
