Tesco is seeking a Night Shift Lead to guide our store team and ensure outstanding customer service during late hours. You’ll manage daily operations, coordinate cross-functional tasks, and support colleagues to deliver a smooth in-store experience.

The role requires prior team leadership in retail, a passion for service, clear communication, and the ability to adapt to changing situations. Night shifts come with a premium and a minimum guaranteed hours per week. 18+ eligibility applies.

Tesco Shift Lead Night pay starts at €15.59 per hour, rising to €16.86 in stores within the M25. For all hours worked between midnight and 6am you will receive an additional night premium of €2.35 per hour worked. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we’re looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
