Tesco PLC in Northallerton is seeking a Shift Lead for night shifts to guide the in-store team and ensure smooth operations across departments.

Pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. For hours from midnight to 6am you will receive an extra night premium of £2.35 per hour. Minimum 16 hours per week, with roles from 12 hours also available.

Tesco Shift Lead Night pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. For all hours worked between midnight and 6am you will receive an additional night premium of £2.35 per hour worked. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we're looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
