Job summary

Tesco Shift Lead role in our UK stores focuses on leading the team, delivering a great customer experience, and keeping daily store operations running smoothly. You’ll be the on-shift point person, guiding colleagues and sharing decisions to serve shoppers efficiently.

We offer flexible hours with a minimum 16 hours per week and a starting hourly pay of £15.59, rising to £16.86 in some locations, with potential additional payments. You’ll be 18+ and ready to lead by example.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we're looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
